Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This email includes your Australia Post tracking number and a direct tracking link — simply click it to follow your parcel in real time on the Australia Post website.

You can also track your parcel directly at any time by visiting:

Enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email to see the latest status of your delivery.

Check Your Order Status

To view your order details and fulfilment status, visit your order confirmation page using the link in your original order confirmation email, or log in to your account if you created one at checkout.

Parcel Delayed or Not Updating?

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear after your shipping notification is sent. If your parcel hasn't updated after 5 business days, or if you have any concerns, we're here to help.

Please contact us with your order number and we'll look into it for you as quickly as possible.
